Cook (Smoke) Time: None – No cooking with this one.\r
Time To Make: At least 1 month. I week for salt curing and 3+ weeks of dry curing.\r

Basic Supplies Needed:\r
Glass Dish, flat bottom\r
Parchment Paper\r
Cheese Cloth\r
Butchers Tying Twine\r
Mortar/Pestle or Spice Grinder\r
Some sort of weight (I use a gallon of milk)\r
Cool place to hang cure, refrigerator is best.\r

Basic Ingredients:\r
Pork Belly – Skin Removed\r
Cure – Sea Salt, Sugar and Pink Salt (Sodium Nitrate)\r
Spices – Your choice. For this video – Star Anise, Black Pepper Corn, Coriander, Fennel Seeds\r
