Troops take control of LTTE’s second administrative town

Gallant soldiers have succeeded in taking control of the LTTE’s second main administrative town. Accordingly, our special representative Kasun Gunatilake said troops were able to liberate the Mulangavil administrative town in Kilinochchi.
