This Healthier Christmas Menu (including my vegetables recipes, one serving of dessert & alcohol) will come to an estimate of 1500 - 1700 calories. This is much lower in comparison to a normal Christmas dinner, which average at 3000 - 4500 calories!\r

3) Homemade Sugar-Free Cranberry Sauce\r
