The World Cup announced that they would allow drugs into the stadium if you have a prescription. The Russian World Cup Organizing Committee told a Russian newspaper that fans who had the proper paperwork could bring Cocaine, Marijuana, and even Heroin into the Stadium. WHO GETS A HEROIN PRESCRIPTION!?!
