Slaven Bilic admits he is well aware that he must get West Ham playing better immediately in order to preserve his stay at the London Stadium. The Hammers sit precariously above the bottom three in the Premier League and the Croatian has reportedly been given just two games to save his job - starting with tomorrow night's Carabao Cup clash against Tottenham.
