Outside the US a good pastrami is hard to come by, so Hong Kong should thank it's lucky start to have a place like Morty's Delicatessen to satisfy those Reuben-esque hangover cure cravings. Morty's is a contemporary take on the classic delicatessen concept, while preserving its NYC roots. Featuring it's own house-cured and smoked meats, Morty's does it right. Beef is prepared using a 45-day dry-aging process. Everything is done in-house “from the spice rub to the curing and smoking, even down to the final resting of the beef.” When the beef has been working for 45 days, you know… it's got to rest.
