After the long and grueling search for a house, we finally got into contract. I called for Techcon Inspection Services for the pivotal inspection. Robert was promptly on time. I was surprised how much time he spent there and I actually started to get nervous about it. The full report was sent quickly and several issues were found. Nothing that ultimately broke the deal but we were able to negotiate some money. We ended up saving about 5X what I paid for the inspection so it is a great value and a positive experience! I have recommended them to friends already and will continue to do so.
