Russian Plane Crashes After Take-Off in Moscow The passenger plane, carrying 71 people, has crashed after disappearing from radar screens shortly after take off. The Saratov Airlines An-148 regional jet was flying to the city of Orsk. Interfax news agency reported that there was "no chance" of any survivors. In addition to the 65 passengers, there were also six crew members. The Emergencies Ministry sent crews to the crash site.
