President Donald Trump is using the released Republican memo as a means of defending himself. In a tweet on February 2nd, Trump said it "totally vindicates" him in the Russian investigation. He then repeated again that there was no collusion and no obstruction from his part. According to the memo, the FBI abused of its surveillance authority and shows that there is an anti-Trump bias underlying the investigation.
