One Step Beyond was an American anthology series created by Merwin Gerard. The original series was broadcast for three seasons by the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) from January 1959 to July 1961.
Plot - In the 1900s, Laurie Warren, recovering from scarlet fever it was feared would kill her, travels to the home of a Mr and Mrs Mason, whose daughter has recently died and imagines that she is that daughter rejecting her parents when they come after her. However things change after Mrs Mason discovers that she is pregnant and Laurie recovers her old self. (IMDB)
