How to make a Posable Mermaid [Rescued Ghoulia]

I found this broken Ghoulia in Goodwil, and I thought that she was the such a precious doll. Her face was still int, and I only got her for 25c. It was a good bargain. She has been sitting inside my drawer for months, and I never knew what to do with her. I have gotten a couple of ideas before, but they never really inspired me until this idea. Ive always wanted a mermaid that can be posed, and played with. I am so tired only have 90 degree bend to their tails or if they are still. This was a new project for me, and I think I can improve it! Thank you guys!\r
