Trying to forge unity among the opposition ranks, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi is expected to call a wider meet of opposition parties next week to strategise against the Modi government. Besides taking stock of the budget and its impact on the economy, the meeting will also try to chalk out a common strategy on several burning issues like rising unemployment, agrarian distress and slowdown in the economy.
