500g pickled cabbage\r
5 tbsp. white snow\r
1 tbsp. lard\r
1 bay leaf, 1 onion\r
1 dried red pepper\r
few garlic cloves\r
1 tsp.: peppercorns, mustard seeds, cumin, star anise, clove\r
1 tbsp. paprika\r
1 tbsp. chili flakes\r
1 cup homemade red wine\r
handful of sweet tree beans\r
