Ugandan newspaper Red Pepper returns to the stands

Ugandan tabloid Red Pepper has returned to the stands after two months out of circulation. Eight editors and managers had been charged with treason and defaming president Yoweri Museveni, but after being pardoned last week, the paper is back on market.
