Cheesecake Flan

Hi guys today I will be sharing a recipe I stumble accross 2 years ago I got the original recipe from my expert village but I modify the recipe a little bit to suit my cake pan and my desired texture. \r

For the caramel base\r
3/4 cup sugar\r
\r
For the Cheesecake Flan \r
4 egg whites\r
8 egg yolks\r
1 box cream cheese \r
1 tsp vanilla\r
1/4 tsp of salt\r
1/2 cup milk\r
1 can condensed milk \r
1 can evaporated milk \r
1/2 cup sugar ( can be adjusted to your desired sweetness )
