Hi guys! \r
Valentines day is coming up so in this video I decided to show you some easy valentine day treat ideas. This is also a collab with my friend Tanamontana100 so I will leave her video at the end so you can go and watch it! She has amazing DIYs and her editing is pure perfection so you should totally check her out!\r
For my first treat you will need: a packet of oreo, cream cheese, butter, red food coloring, light cream, sugar, a heart shaped silicone mold, and gelatin leaves.\r
\r
Start off by crushing 8 oreos in a food processor or in whatever you have at home. Then add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and mix everything well. Fill the bottom of the molds with this mixture And place it in the freezer as we continue with the recipe.\r
Take 5 oreos and crush them but this time leaving big chunks. Also place two gelatin leaves in cold water for 5 minutes.\r
Then, in a pot place 100 grs of cream cheese and 150 ml of light cream and mix it well at low heat until it is well combined. Add two tablespoons of sugar, the gelatin and a couple of drops of red food coloring so it takes a nice pink color. Add the oreo chunks, mix well and place the mixture into the molds. Then store it in the freezer for 3 hours. This will make it really easy to pop them out. And the little cheesecakes are ready! You can add some sprinkles if you want too.\r
\r
For the kiwi pops you will need: some kiwis, white chocolate, sprinkles, oil based food coloring and popsicle sticks.\r
\r
Peel the kiwis, slice them and Push a popsicle stick into them. Melt your White chocolate and add oil based food coloring. I used red and I was hoping that it would turn the chocolate pink but as you see it turn out a really weird dark mauve color so I recommend using pink food coloring if you can. Then as you see I just coated the kiwi popsicles in the chocolate and add the sprinkles. They would have looked better if the chocolate was pink but they still tasted great. \r
\r
The next recipe is super simple and you will need: strawberries, some chocolate, sprinkles, and some toothpicks.\r
\r
Start out by cutting the stem off the strawberries and slicing them in half. Then place them side by side and stick a toothpick so they stay in place. Melt your chocolate and cover the bottom part of the strawberry hearts with the help of the toothpick. Put them in the fridge for a couple of minutes until they are dry, take out the toothpick and place them on a rack and cover them with the rest of the chocolate. You can add some sprinkles if you want and they are finished, as you see they were really easy and they look super cute.\r
\r
For the last recipe you will need: pancake mix, a squeezy sauce bottle and your favorite toppings.\r
\r
Start off by mixing the pancake mix according to the box or make your favorite pancake recipe and pour it into the squeezy bottle. Then heat a pan and start drawing your xs and os with the pancake mix. The thicker the mix the easier is going to be to make the letters. Some of them may not turn out right but thats ok. You can also make hearts or any other shapes you want. Finally add your favorite toppings like strawberries, condensed milk, sprinkles… and serve it to anyone you want. Im really happy with how this one turned out and I think Its perfect for Valentines day breakfast.\r
\r
So those were all the treat ideas, I hope you have a lot of fun making them with your friends, boyfriend or girlfriend, and send me some pictures if you do! Dont forget to check out Tanas video because she has awesome videos and some more valentines day ideas! \r
