This patient has a history of acne on her back as a teenager, and this combined with sun exposure and oily complection increases the chances of getting comedones and cysts. Here we do a great extrion, and at the last minute, I decide to remove the larger cyst that I discovered on her back. \r

She is such a lovely patient, and enjoyed having these extred as much as you may like watching them be extred. She said she was so relaxed, she felt like taking a nap, and the whole procedure was very rejuvenating! :) Enjoy!
