四人份量 For four people\r
牛骨4塊 - 4 large pieces of beef bones\r
牛腱1條 - 1 beef shin\r
肉桂2條 - 2 cinammon sticks\r
丁香8粒 - 8 cloves\r
茴香子1茶匙 - 1tsp of fennel seeds\r
八角5塊 - 5 star anise\r
甘草3片(隨意) - 3 slices of liquorice roots (optional)\r
芫荽子1茶匙(隨意)- 1tsp of coriander seeds (optional)\r
洋蔥2個 - 2 onions\r
薑約4吋長 - 4 inches lengthwise of ginger\r
魚露4湯匙 - 4tbsp of fish sauce\r
冰糖1塊 - 1 cube of rock sugar\r
鹽(隨意)- salt to taste\r

越南河粉 - Vietnamese rice noodles\r
生牛肉片 - raw beef slices\r

金不換(羅勒葉)- Thai basil\r
野香草(刺芹) - Culantro\r
薄荷葉 - Mint leaves\r
豆芽 - beansprouts\r
青檸 - lime\r
紅辣椒 - red chilli pepper\r
芫荽 - coriander\r
蔥 - green onion\r
洋蔥絲 - sliced onion\r
是拉差辣醬 - Siracha chilli sauce
