Japan Says North Korean Ship Likely Violated Sanctions

On Wednesday, Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that photographs taken by a Japanese spy plane show a North Korean tanker likely violating UN sanctions. The images, taken on Saturday, show the North Korean ship at night beside a Dominican-flagged ship. The two ships are then are seen sailing away from each other after the sun rises on Saturday morning.
