HERO Program for homeowners which allows homeowners to upgrade to Energy Efficient products. These products include Solar, Water Heater, Windows, Appliances, etc.\r

This program is designed to be an addition to your property tax. What they dont tell you is if you sell your home or refinance, and the new lender is Freddie Mac for Fannie Mae, the lender will require you to Pay Off the HERO Loan.\r
