No Strings Attached (NSA) is one of the first bluegrass music projects
from India. The band comprises of Nabanita Sarkar on vocals,
Diptanshu Roy on Mandolin, Sujoy Chakravarty on guitar and songwriting
and Koustav Dey on guitar.

Other than traditional bluegrass songs, NSA’s repertoire consists of
their original compositions which are influenced by multiple genres
such as American folk, bluegrass, blues, jazz and country music.

The new line-up of the band is just over a year old. In this short
span, NSA has performed at various prestigious festivals, venues and
events such as The Ziro Festival of Music, The Apeejay Kolkata
Literary Fest, The India Story etc.

NSA are in the process of releasing an EP of their original songs and
will continue to produce their popular videos of traditional bluegrass
music.
