This tutorial will teach you how to make a 3D fortune cookie using only a Rainbow Loom hook and rubber bands. (If you sew it up all the way and add an eye, you can make a Rainbow Loom Pac-Man.) Jacy used 245 rubber bands to make her fortune cookie. You can make yours using less or more rubber bands, depending upon how big you want to make it. You can make your fortune cookie using any colors you like and you can make it as big or as small as you want. We consider this to be an advanced/expert design because of the fast pace and difficulty of the design. Please make sure you are an advanced Loomer and you are able to make some of Jacys other designs before trying to make one. These make great gifts for family and friends for Valentines Day or any day! \r
