'Halloween' Movie Officially Begins Production

Production on the anticipated reboot of classic slasher franchise "Halloween" has begun. Blumhouse shared a photo from set showing a simple pumpkin logo for the upcoming horror movie on a chair. Principal photography on the film is now taking place in Charleston, South Carolina. The film is said to be a direct sequel to the original Halloween and will ignore previous sequels. David Gordon Green will direct and original Halloween creator and director John Carpenter will score the new film.
