on Thursday, donald Trump seemed to support attempts to drastically alter a critical intelligence collection program that his own administration has sought to rebuff. In a tweet, Trump claimed without evidence that the Obama administration may have used the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to “so badly surveil and abuse” his presidential campaign.
