Samsung Galaxy S9 to Be Revealed in February The 2018 version of Samsung's flagship phone will debut at the Mobile World Congress. DJ Koh, president of Samsung's mobile division, made the announcement at the Consumer Electronics Show this week. Details on the phone are scarce, as well as whether their will be a larger, Galaxy S9 Plus version. Samsung has used the MWC to launch several Galaxy phones, including the Samsung S7 Edge in 2016.
