Cordon Bleu Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Chicken breast 2
Salt 2-3 tsp or to taste
Fresh ground Black Pepper 2 tsp
Egg 2 beaten with 2 tbsp of cold water
Bread Crumbs 1 cup or as required
Flour 1 cup and season with salt and black pepper with ½ tsp each
Mozzarella Cheese shredded 1/3 cup
Bologna Slices Or Turkey Breast Slices 4-6
Oil for shallow Fry
Directions:
1- Cut the breasts from middle and flatten them using plastic wrap. Make sure it shouldn’t be flatten too much which break the tissues.
2- Season the pieces of chicken both sides with salt and pepper
3- Place the salami/turkey breast with mozzarella and roll up. You can use tooth pick to seal the edges. Repeat the process for all pieces. And refrigerate for 30 mins.
4- Dust in flour then egg wash coat with Bread crumbs and again refrigerate for 45-60 mins.
5- Fry on medium heat till outer layer changes the colour.
6- Lastly bake for 15-20 mins in preheated oven @ 180 C
7- Ready to eat with sauce
Sauce:
Onion finely chopped 1 small
Garlic cloves 2-3 finely chopped
Flour 2 tbsp
Oil 1 Tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Fresh Coriander 3 tbsp
Cream ½ cup
Salt and black pepper to season to taste
Directions:
1- Add oil and butter in a pan. Now add onions and garlic and fry till translucent.
2- Add flour and mix.
3- While adding water keep whisking.
4- Add cream and cook till it thickens.
5- Add salt and pepper according to taste.
6- Add coriander and give last mix.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast 2
Namak 2-3 tsp or to taste
Fresh Kuti Kali Mirch 2 tsp
Anday 2 beaten with 2 tbsp thanda pani
Bread Crumbs 1 cup or as required
Maida 1 cup and season with salt and black pepper with ½ tsp each
Mozzarella Cheese shredded 1/3 cup
Bologna Slices Or Turkey Breast Slices 4-6
Tel for shallow Fry
Directions:
1- Cut the breasts from middle and flatten them using plastic wrap. Make sure it shouldn’t be flatten too much which break the tissues.
2- Breast pieces for beech main half cut karein. Plastic ki madad se achi tarah pound karlein. Dehan rahein zada pound na ho warna chicken phat jayeji aur wrap nahi banega.
3- Ab inko namak aur kali mirch se season karlein.
4- Salami/Turkey breast aur cheese darmayan main rakhein aur plastic ki madad se wrap karte jayen. Sab ke rolls/wraps bana lein aur fridge main 30 mins ke liye rakh dein.
5- Iske baad maida main dust karein phir egg wash karein aur akhir main crumbs se coat karein and mazeed 45-60 mins ke liye fridge main rakh dein.

1- Pan main oil aur makhan shamil karein. Is main piyaz aur lehsun shamil karein aur rang badalne tak fry karein.
2- Is main maida shamil karein aur mix karein.
3- Pani shamil karet waqt whisk karte rahein.
4- Cream shamil karein aur gaarha hine tak pakne dein.
