Awesome footage of YouTuber Viva Frei creating a "perfect" Mpemba effect by throwing boiling water up in the air by -29 degrees.

The Mpemba effect is named after Tanzanian Erasto Batholomeo Mpemba who observed that in some circumstances warmer water can freeze faster than colder water.
