Triple Talaq bill heads towards Rajyasabha. Last week only the bill was passed in Lok Sabha. But now it doesn't seems so easy that this bill will be passed in Rajyasabha as well. In Rajyasabha BJP is not in majority, hence it do need support of opposition party and as per reports, congress is not ready to pass this bill in Rajyasabha. Sources claims that Congress was in favor of the bill as it proposed to ban instant triple talaq, whether it would press for sending it to the Select Committee.
