Blast Killing Dozens at Afghan Shi'ite Center Claimed By Islamic State

On Thursday, over forty people were killed and scores of others wounded when suicide bombers stormed a Shi'ite cultural center and news agency in the Afghan capital, many of them students attending a conference. The attack, which Islamic State claimed responsibility for in an online statement, is the latest in a series of attacks on Shi'ite targets in Kabul.
