Afghanistan Suicide Attack: At least 40 dead in Kabul The Shia cultural and religion center was hit by a suicide bomber on Thursday. More than 30 people were wounded in the attack. The blast was reportedly followed by two more blasts in the area. No terror group has claimed responsibility for the attack although it is believed to be carried out by ISIS. In October, at least 39 were killed in another attack at a Shia mosque.
