Mother And 2 Children Killed In Christmas Day Shooting

On Tuesday, CNN reported that a mother and her two childre, one just 10 months old, were killed on Christmas in a domestic violence shooting at a Phoenix apartment complex. A spokesman for the Phoenix Police Department said the suspect, who engaged police in a six-hour standoff before opening fire on officers, was taken into custody without injury. Howard said that one officer who was injured in the shootout was in stable condition at a local hospital.
