A Maharashtra based school has banned the use of Hijab by Muslim females students citing security reasons. According to reports, Symbiosis Convent High School in Mumbra released a circular recently stating that parents of students and family members would have to reveal their face by lifting the veil while entering school premises. Parents of the students have raised objection over the notice issued by the parents but there are those who have welcomed the schools notice. Maharashtra school bans hijab for Muslim female students, parents raise objection.
