Interweaving the story of a man's love and obsession with flying that made the pages of history, against the backdrop of Istanbul, Turkey, "Flutter" is a short glimpse on the life of the legendary aviator Hezarfen Ahmet Çelebi, first man to achieve unpowered flight in Ottoman Empire history.
