The Banzai Pipeline on the North Shore of Oahu is the most well known wave in the world but it's also one of the most fickle. It needs a big, clean west swell, light east winds, and the sand needs to be pushed off the reef for it to be at its best. Needless to say that combination doesn't come together too often. Here's a morning where Pipe turned on for a few hours to the delight of Mason Ho, Miguel Tudela, Gabriel Villaran, Ezekiel Lau and a legion of other chargers.
