A singer-songwriter from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Zach now lives in East Nashville, Tennessee. WIth a passion for song-writing and a focus on personal, heartfelt lyrics, his folk/country will have you focused on the story of the songs.
Zach began his love for song-writing as a child when he heard "The White Freightliner Blues" by Townes Van Zandt from his Uncles record player. After playing in various bands throughout his life, Zach decided to start writing his own material in the summer of 2011 on a cross-country journey. His first song, " Dear Memphis" was written in the kitchen of a church in Payson, Arizona.
His first EP, "Horse or Truck or Train," was recorded in Pittsburgh, with the help of local bands and friends, Chet Vincent and the Big Bend, Molly Alphabet and Grand Piano. "Horse or Truck or Train" promises to provide a mix of melodic, carefully written songs.
Whether if it is with a full band or a solo performance Zach promises to bring passion and excitement to every performance.
