Every Day Carry are 5 musicians who met while studying music in Lismore, NSW. Upon graduating, the soon to be members of EDC began their careers as session musicians in various projects and collaborated individually in several different bands. After a few years of touring and working within the industry with different artists and cover bands, they decided to form an original band and make their own mark in the industry, subsequently recording their first single ‘RIP’.
The enjoyment of playing together again soon took hold and the newly formed band decided to go for broke and record an entire album with renowned producer/engineer Nick Didia at Studios 301 in Byron Bay. The resulting album ‘Your Sweet Life’ represents both unification and dissolution; communicating both the inherit joys and heartaches found in playing music by drawing upon the bands collective experience as career musicians and the impressions it has since left on them.
