Formed in 2014, the Gypsy Scholars met at university in Canberra and proceeded to forge an acoustic sound to set them out from the pack.
With all members’ multi- instrumentalists, The Gypsy Scholars create a different sound with every song, ensuring the listener a touch of intrigue around every turn.
Song writers James and Conagh combine varying tastes to create tales of travel, turtles and drinking. With an approaching first birthday the band has big plans for 2015.
