Sandeep (Sandy) Mittal is an Independent songwriter and musician based out of Bombay, India. Known on the scene as the guy behind Gigpad (once online congregation point for rockers in India), he used to be a part of the suits-by-day band "The Second Shift", before going independent. While Sandy plays most of the instruments on his recordings, he also collaborates with folks like Shamir (Drums) and Prasun (Vocals) for his recordings. Sandy released his first solo album, Riven in Feb 2016, an album of 8 free to download tracks on growing up, drifting apart (and closer), losing people you love. Fun stuff. When he's not trying to figure how to write bridges for songs (very hard!), he runs a firm and fights with his son over ownership of superhero toys.
