Joaquim “Jersey” Demiranda makes his debut performance as Jersey Glamburger in this week’s episode of Balcony TV Miami.
Well known as the drummer for rowdy regional punk-folk band Everymen, Jersey is currently recording in the studio, has scheduled a host of performances across South Florida and hopes to take the one-man act on the road during the coming year.
“I’m doing Jersey Glamburger to feed my sparkly garage rock to the bland masses,” he says. “It’s all about the spectacle of entertainment, putting on a great show and getting people on their feet!”
