HIP-DEEP DRY POOFY POWDER must be heaven, or an extraordinary kind of day in Alaska for Neil Provo, apparently. Check out this dream Big Mountain splitboard snowboarding session in what looks like the definition of IDEAL conditions.
Neil Provo spent 12 days exploring the Tordrillo Mountains in Alaska. With sub zero temps and all the terrain you could ever want to ski right outside the tent, he managed to slay line after line all without the help of a helicopter.
This is backcountry to the extreme. Alaska has the best of the best and Neil roaming around the Tordrillos has to be one of the most fun-looking sessions we've seen. Enjoy this video, and keep the longing to a minimum.
