We are on Lord Shaftesbury's estate in Dorset to enjoy a day's driven pheasant and partridge shooting. It's an eclectic mixture of guns including the head of the World Pheasant Association, the former chairman of the Salmon & Trout Association and the lady who runs the Tweedy Chicks. We hear from the Earl and his keeper about how they run both the estate and shoot days.
