World fly fishing expert Hywel Morgan has put away his fly rods and picked up his spinning gear. He's out with England lure squad captain Gary Palmer for an early morning lure fishing session on the Gloucester Canal. They are targeting perch on a lock junction, using small, lightweight lures and rods.
