The beautiful Glenmore Estate in Donegal, owned by Chris de Margary and Mick Hucknall from Simply Red, offers deerstalking on both sides of the border. Chris is off to Co Tyrone in Northern Ireland, a few miles away, to see if he can shoot a sika stag. It's all thanks to a good bottle of wine...
