Aaron is an independent artist living in Los Angeles and was born here. He grew up with an eclectic mixture of musical influences in the house. His father is an established Jazz musician, Billy Childs. His mother always had love for Soul, and the Disco/RnB of the 70's and early 80's. This created a deep connection to many different genres of music for him at an early age. As a singer and multi instrumentalist, Childs writes most all of his music from his apartment in Silverlake. His single "Pressure" off his most recent EP release, "My Way," is a message of positivity that has recently surpassed 100,000 streams on Spotify. Aaron strives to uplift through his music. Though his new full length to be finished and released toward the end of this summer, focuses in on the more bittersweet personal experiences Childs has had as a 20 something LA native finding himself.
