Check out this relatively well preserved Royal Canadian Air Force Food Packet Survival AFFP-1 Survival Ration. This vintage MRE was the first of it's generation. Huge thanks to TUA1911 for sending me this amazing never before documented ( at least never anywhere online) ration to share here for everyone to see.
MRE Mountain has vintage rations for sale including a batch of WW2 1945 RCN "Food Container" with chocolate and biscuits and also some super well stored/preserved Food Packet Survival General Purpose from the 1980's for sale right now here:
