Paris-based platform for jazz Qwest TV set to launch

A Paris startup is behind the launch of the first subscription video-on-demand service dedicated to jazz, a project dreamed up by French entrepreneur Reza Ackbaraly and legendary US music producer Quincy Jones. Funded in part by a Kickstarter campaign, Qwest TV goes live this week with videos including interviews, live performances, and documentaries from a musical spectrum that includes jazz, hip-hop, world music and more.
