Women and child development minister Maneka Gandhi asked leading Bollywood producers and directors to keep the industry free of sexual harassment and comply with laws to ensure a safe, secure and inclusive workplace. Maneka Gandhi sent a letter to celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Aditya Chopra, Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Ekta Kapoor, Vinod Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt, Farhan Akhtar and many other. महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय बॉलीवुड में सेक्‍सुअल हैरेसमेंट के मामलों पर रोक लगाने के लिए सख्‍त हो गया है| इस संबंध में महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री मेनका गांधी ने बॉलीवुड के बड़े फिल्‍म निर्माताओं को चिट्ठी भेजी है| मंत्रालय की ओर से आमिर खान, करण जौहर, शाहरुख खान, महेश भट्ट, संजय लीला भंसाली, आदित्‍य चोपड़ा, अनुराग कश्‍यप सहित बॉलीवुड के 26 फिल्‍म निर्माताओं को निजी तौर पर पत्र भेजा है| इसमें सभी प्रोडक्‍शन हाउसेज से कार्यस्‍थल पर महिलाओं के यौन उत्‍पीडनअधिनियम 2013 को लागू करने के लिए कहा है| पूरी जानकारी के लिए देखें ये वीडियो |
