Hi Lovies! Hope you enjoy! This is one of my favorite go-to meals because it's fast, easy, cheap and YUMMIE!

MY FAVORITE BUTTERFLY WOODEN SPOONS / SPATULAS: https://goo.gl/WnbZWx
SAUSAGE: I get my sausage from my neighbor (he's a butcher). If you can find a local butcher, that's best. If not, here's a link and I would suggest removing the casing before cooking as stated in my video: https://goo.gl/vbNKzS

RECIPE: Remove casing from sausage and brown in wok over medium-high heat (cover wok with lid to cook faster).
Once sausage is cooked thoroughly, add about 2 tbsp. of olive oil and peppers / onions. Allow to simmer for about 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat (covered).
