PANIC ATTACKS - MY PERSONAL STORY AND HOW I DEALT WITH THEM :)

Hiya Lovies! This one goes pretty deep and, as you will see, it was a little hard for me to make this video. With that said, if it helps just ONE person, it was more than worth it! PS: After 13 years, I finally burned my hospital bands! Go me!

Here's a brief synopsis of my story:

I went into the hospital for a burn on my wrist and was given medication I was allergic to. Almost instantly, I felt very hot and very dizzy. I asked the nurse: "Did you give me penicillin"? She said "No, it's probably just the pain medicine. Just sit down and I'll go get your discharge papers". Needless to say, those discharge papers were delayed :(

I can remember taking my last breath and thinking to myself... what is going to happen to my girls? The next thing I remember is being above my body and watching a lot of people "work" on me. One was giving me CPR. Another was cutting my clothes and I remember thinking... "that's my brand new skirt". It wasn't long before lights were flashing in the room and the words "code blue" were called. I saw them putting the tube down my throat and then I was being wheeled into ICU to be placed on life support. As I'm being wheeled down the hallway, they are pumping oxygen into tube down my throat. I remember yelling at them to pump it harder because I wasn't getting enough air. Unfortunately, they didn't hear me and I didn't understand why. The result of that day was many years of debilitating panic attacks...
