Justices Pose Tough Questions In Wedding Cake Discrimination Case

On Tuesday, US Supreme Court justices posed tough questions to lawyers representing a conservative Christian baker in Colorado who refused to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple, while also raising concerns about religious liberty in the closely watched case. Nine justices heard arguments on whether certain businesses can refuse service to gay couples if they oppose same-sex marriage on religious grounds.
